Principal/Owner
With over 25 years of experience, Jen specializes in landscape architecture, design, and public art. Her projects range from therapeutic gardens to rooftop and residential spaces. Rooted in environmental psychology, she focuses on connecting people to nature. A former director and faculty member, she now mentors the next generation in her own firm.
Erin
Senior Designer/ PM
Erin is a seasoned designer with over 15 years of experience crafting beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. Based in the picturesque Pacific Northwest, she combines her knowledge of local plants and design principles to create unique, sustainable landscapes. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, camping, and spending time in the water, fueling her creativity.
Daniel Winterbottom
Landscape Architect
Daniel Winterbottom is a landscape architect and professor specializing in healing and restorative gardens. His research focuses on landscape as cultural expression and restorative environments. Widely published, he authored “Wood in the Landscape.” He founded the participatory design/build program and established the Healing Garden Certificate at UW.

Communications and Marketing
Dane has over fifteen years of experience helping business owners grow their businesses. In addition to being a screenwriter and storyteller, he brings creativity and strategic thinking to his consulting work. His dual expertise in storytelling and marketing enables him to craft compelling narratives that drive business success.
Camry
Designer
Camry is dedicated to crafting stunning outdoor spaces. Based in the Pacific Northwest, he draws inspiration from the region’s rich and diverse environments. He particularly enjoys working in 3D software, which allows him to visualize and refine designs with precision. Outside of work, he loves exploring local cities, scenic drives, and discovering new dining spots.
